SCPLOA is working
with Air Med Care of North Colorado Med Evac as well as the Albany
County and Larimer County Sheriffs' departments to identify
several Med Evac landing locations in Sand Creek Park. Those
locations will be known to Med Evac by their GPS coordinates and
can be used as emergency evacuation points. The landing zones will
be identified and outfitted for emergency landings this summer.
An emergency evacuation can be expensive and not all insurance
plans cover the entire cost. You can reduce the risk of a large
evacuation bill with insurance at a reasonable cost from: http://www.mtcmembership.com/.
Several land owners have purchased this insurance for peace of
mind.

Welcome to the Sand Creek Park Land Owners Association web

Please note that the Sand Creek Park website is meant to be a
social forum for information sharing, visiting and posting
photos of our beautiful Sand Creek Park. It is not an
official website for conducting Board of Directors business,
although Board members do occasionally visit the site.

applications (such as architectural) to the post office box for
a timely response. In addition, the board welcomes your
phone calls and encourages you to visit our quarterly meetings.

appear to fail; send an email to the site admin with your login
information; you will be given access. We need to do this
process until we find a way to prevent spammers from registering
and posting.

Note: SCPLOA board meetings are held Quarterly at Columbine
Products, 400 S Summit View in Ft. Collins. The meetings are
held on the first Wednesday night of the month at 7:00 p.m. in
January, April, July, and October.
